Chris Greene Lake Family Session | Williamson Family

When Kayte first emailed me to set up our family shoot, she asked if Bethany would be joining us because their 1-year-old Henry “loves to flirt” and is “very friendly”. I’d say that’s the understatement of the century. As soon as we arrived Henry was begging me to pick him up (I admit I left that to the professional and she was happy to oblige him). He was honestly the happiest little guy we’d ever had the pleasure of photographing! He just smiled and ate buttercups the whole afternoon. (:

The Williamson family just moved to town from Texas and we loved welcoming them to Charlottesville with some new family photos! They had a new arrival one month before our shoot and baby Hazel was SUCH a trooper as we hauled her along with us on our trek around Chris Greene Lake Park. What a beautiful spot!

So glad Kayte found it for us.

Bethany was on cloud nine as she got to hold the brand new baby and search for sticks with Henry. I loved capturing this full of life family during this neat season of life.

I’d say it was a win-win all around!
