Aaron and I get over-the-moon excited when we get an inquiry of any kind- but when we hear that another fantastic photographer has referred a couple to us, we reach a whole new level of excited. And that’s exactly how our story with Whitney and Drew began (Andrea Pesce we really do love you!!).

We met Whitney and Drew at Maymont park for their engagement session but when we realized they wouldn’t allow Bodie to join us in the park we had to come up with a quick plan B. Bodie is Whitney and Drew’s beloved French Bulldog. And when I say beloved I’m not over-exaggerating.. if anything the word doesn’t even come close to how these two feel about their first baby! He was a must have for this shoot so we decided to move to University of Richmond. And it was perfect. 

These two are super flirty, super into each other, and so down to earth. We loved hearing about their lives (the first time we met W + D, they were on their way to the airport to fly to a resort in Mexico for work) and wedding plans (Whitney has a BLUSH dress, y’all!) while we wandered all over U of R’s beautiful campus. 

Whitney + Drew, we cannot wait for your wedding this August. It’s going to be beautiful and SO fun!
